I had the Crimson Summer OW Esports Icon which i used to use on my account, and it disappeared, setting my icon to the default overwatch icon. I talked to support where they did not help and told me to submit a bug report which i am now doing. I just want the icon back for goodness sake
did you have xbox gamepass by any chance? its possible that may be the factor unless you bought the icon around the time the skin lauched in game
