Heros suddenly stuck for 2 seconds then flash move, it only heppen recently, I believe there is no hardware or software change regarding the gaming environment.

Your ISP’s equipment, or your building’s router, is showing an occasional delay of 2847ms. This value shouldn’t be above about 20ms. If you have access, try power cycling all network equipment, as well as making sure to use a cable connection for the best speed and quality.

After three days investigation, the issue is resolved. The root cause is because of the SW called “Omen Command Center” which is a built-in SW for HP user. I think the same story happened for Asus’s user too (Game First? I guess?). Hope this thread can help other HP user who encountered the same issue recently.

I have this exact issue! How did you fix it? I have an HP Omen with command center. Should I uninstall it or stop it running?

Yup just uninstall the omen command center. I’m so glad the spikes are gone now. Thanks so much for the advice

open Task Manager and end the HP Omen Command Center in background proccess.
