Phone Number Not Working

I have a POST PAID phone number yet when I type it in it doesn’t work. I have literally waited months to play this game and when I finally get my hands on it I can’t even play because the phone number system is broken.

I have the same problem. For some reason, Blizzard thinks I live in my neighbouring country. It’s been 17 hours since I sent the ticket and still no reply. Plus, I need to attach my utility bills + address to show them I live there which pissed me off.
