Philadelphia Fusion vs. San Francisco Shock...FINAL

It’s the final qualifier match in the Summer Showdown, and man, we could not have picked a more worthy match than the best of the best doing battle. It’s the Fusion. It’s the Shock. It’s unstoppable force vs. immovable object. And this is, in my mind, the Match of the Week, if not Match of the Month. This match should be absolute MADNESS!

Below, as always, are your standings:

*^1: Philadelphia Fusion 2-0 (+6)
*^2: San Francisco Shock 2-0 (+6)
*^3: Atlanta Reign 2-1 (+4)
*4: Vancouver Titans 2-1 (+3)
^5: Los Angeles Valiant 2-1 (+3)
^6: Los Angeles Gladiators 2-1 (+2)
^7: Florida Mayhem 2-1 (+1)
8: Paris Eternal 2-1 (+0)
9: Houston Outlaws 1-2 (-2)
10: Dallas Fuel 1-2 (-2)
11: Toronto Defiant 1-2 (-3)
%12: Boston Uprising 0-3 (-7)
%13: Washington Justice 0-3 (-8)

Winner of this match will lock up the 1 seed in the Summer Showdown and will get a quarterfinals bye AND first pick of opponent, loser will either get 2 or 3 seed and will still get a quarterfinals bye, but will only have some control over the opponent they face. Let’s get it on!

Shock 3-1. They are just insane.

Plus if Super is on rein, it means we get some good ol’ fashioned alpha male gameplay.

As a Shock fan, can confirm Ans is pog.

#Shocktheworld

Can confirm Rascal is pog

Almost 2 minutes in and Ans has gotten EVERY pick so far.

My god…ANS. Insane!

Striker finally adds a few of his own to the board, but this isn’t looking good for Philly.

Did anyone on Fusion touch point that whole round?

Can confirm, Ans is pog

Carpe and Bob touched point

Well then. 50% scoped crit accuracy.

Eat your heart out Decay.

are there usually 60k viewers watching? i remember it being around 30k-50k

It’s Shock vs Fusion. Mega epic match

well yeah, not very surprising there’s a surplus of viewers lol

More people are paying attention because of who is playing.

Many want to see the Champions dethroned.

You mean people think Philly are gonna win?

The problem right now is The Fusion has no tracer/Widow specialist besides Carpe. Carpe would challenge ANS as Window if Fusion had a another Widow player vice versa for striker. Carpe can’t do both jobs.

Jesus…

Yeah… Heesu does appear to be a bit of a weak link on this comp.

ALSO :: Watching Choi transfer to high ground with sphere jumping is always cool.

Ahem

SHOCK IS POG

Had 6 ults to just about none and barely got a tick…just think about that one…
