Have it be effective against like… everything else, just let Lucio have his utility. His healing output is pretty laughable. He’s mostly there for speed boost and disruption and now he can’t even do the disruption part against tanks. I’ve had tanks positioned literally on the edge of a cliff and booped them point blank… only for them to not even get half-way over the ledge.
