They badly need to remove rounds for control maps for non comp modes. It will fix the backfilling problem and have it so your time isn’t wasted after winning the first because throwers forget how to play after that so they lose twice afterwards.

Because leaver penalties are a joke. What part of “they should be stricter” didn’t you get? They? Should? Be? Or the stricter?
Many times the game will readd you. And since they intentionally made it annoying to manually add a person to avoid. It’s faster to just keep leaving.
You do, technically. There’s a option in the option menu to enable to stay in the match to go to the other side. But everyone leaves. So the match ends regardless.
Stricter penalties aren’t going to make the match quality better though. It will just ensure more players get banned and create new accounts -or- just stay and troll, neither of which are better than just letting the poor sports leave, imo.
The Leavers that are the problem are the ones who leave at the end of a game forcing someone to backfill for less than a minute. Stricter penalties will absolutely prevent and deter those types of Leavers because they still want to play, they’re just frustrated and can’t take the L

They can still play on an alt account. So penalties have almost no effect. Are there some other games you can give as an example of how stricter penalties make for a better experience?
Penalty for Leaving in Quick Play?!
I’d rather see players getting penalties for leaving so that they finally understand that on a multiplayer game, you can’t like 100% of the content. That’s how it is. Game modes are diverse because the goal is for everyone to get something they like.
Most people that were leaving 2CP were never punished for doing so (despite many people reporting them - me included). If people are not open-minded enough to put up with a few maps or game modes they don’t like, they should leave online games and focus on solo games only

I’m all in favor for 2CP coming back and Push staying (even though I don’t like it that much either) and whoever is not happy about it should either suck it up or take responsibility for their leaving penalties.
Leave rates, including quick plays, should be displayed where everyone can see them.
Rainbow Six Siege. Leavers are rare because penalties can get as bad as 20 day bans from ranked and unranked.
In overwatch Leavers happen every other match
Forcing someone to make an alt account is still a deterrent because that’s an extra step in order to play. The point still stands

Only XP and it maxes out at 15 penalty games and just stays there - no higher after that and just -75% XP.
I too insta-leave push maps and some CP maps. I also leave if there is a widow on the other team so sit at 15 game penalty permanently.
