so hello, i use to play overwatch alot back in season 8 and season 9, but i had stuff to do in life so i had to leave the game behind for a bit, we i was finally able to play agian my fps had serveral worsened. heres some gameplay of me from Jan 18, 2018, (- YouTube) i was getting around and i was getting good fps while recording, now i can bearly run 60 with nothing open, i would appreaciate it if somone smarter then me with this kind of stuff would help

I did not play for 5 months overwatch,and it still has not changed, from the technical side and gameplay. 
really beautiful (new patch and again few days of problem with fps) I tried to get back this s#%^$
