Just now, I loaded into a comp game on arctic peninsula, and was met with a frozen screen showing some random part of the map. I could still hear sounds, i could still chat, i could still press esc, but i couldnt press tab, select a hero, or move whatsoever. I ended up getting kicked for AFK’ing, receiving a leaver penalty and a loss. This is extremely frustrating as someone trying to climb, and I would love to get the penalty and loss removed. I can provide video evidence of the incident, and can provide any details necessary. Thank you in advance
