Probably not. Workshop just went up on the PTR last week.
That’d be my guess too so they can roll it in with the end of Archives.
When did workshop hit PTR?
It should be 2 weeks or 3 from then, but keep in mind they could be saving the patch for Anniversary, since it is just a few weeks away.

Workshop wasnt asked for very much, and is pretty huge.
He stated there would be a big surprise coming this PTR patch which is the workshop. The anniversary is completely seperate
