Their patchnotes form needs to be updated.

I don’t know every perks name so I even don’t understand what this balance patch does. I won’t bother taking 30 minutes to read this patch next to unofficial wiki to look up for every line.

to be fair she doesn’t have over 70% pick rate yet so she’s balanced.

Did they at least buff bastion 100%?

2 tanks were buffed and 2 were nerfed.
Perks changes are not a buff.
Saying that “tanks” were buffed is just a LIE.

An option that you pretty much never use. Essentially if you do use the perk, you have waisted your only offensive utility for your team and if you don’t use the perk you might as well not have it.

I have only really found it useful once or twice when dueling a tracer or Sombra. Otherwise it has been a complete nothing burger. And the alternative is nerfing my only other major cooldown.

Let me put it this way. Sojourn gets her mobility doubled or gets extra utility AND passive ult charge on one of her cooldowns or gets an ultimate buff, Ashe gets extra mobility and CC or extra dps output, junkrat gets an ult buff and a buff to his biggest primary fire weakness, mei gets extra utility and dmg, sombra gets insane utility options, Genji gets huge ult buffs and self heal, bastion gets entirely new firing modes, self heal and ult buffs…

Meanwhile hanzo objectively gets the most out of pocket, random, nothing burger perk that effectively do not change his playstyle in any meaningful way or contribute any sort of meaning sway in terms of the outcome of a match.

I play a variety of heroes and pretty much ever role to some extent and he is definitely a “comfort” pick for me, and so many other heroes have such fun, interesting and powerful perks while his are so off.
