Patch notes for today’s patch?

Let me clarify my terminology, an exploit is any form of behavior that takes advantage of the game software in a way that is not intended to gain an unfair advantage. Mei is not intended to fly (or lay on her side). Again, I find this bug hilarious, but I have already seen on social media complaints that players are abusing it.

Because making hero balance changes is a methodical process for the development team. There are older developer responses that detail this:

Critical bugs like this need to be fixed to maintain the competitive integrity of the game, while making deliberate changes to the balance of the game can be decided over time.

I don’t see why gameplay balance isn’t part of that.

The only reason for that is because they are so infrequent with patches.

They could do much smaller balance changes, more frequently to achieve the same results faster and better.
And if they run into a problem they could roll it back faster.

Probably because it actually isn’t nearly that large. For some reason Blizzard patches seem to take an inordinate amount of time and rarely are the size they initially indicate. And just Blizzard patches, oddly enough.

I just chalk it up to Blizzard unfamiliarity with consoles, and plan around it.

What games are you playing that are only 5 Gigs?

Even A Hat in Time, not a very complex game, is 14 Gigs on Xbox.

Ehh true… i remember when games used to be hecking small tho.
A few still are.
