OWL will get them first….you’ll recall this was a leak of a patch OWL was going to be playing….we’ll probably get it AFTER the playoffs
I feel most Characters are balanced besides maybe Souj/Zar sombra is fine tho you just have to learn how to play against her same as with people screaming “WTF I GOT ONESHOT BY WIDOW OP OP OP”
In addition: looks like servers are broken:
- People are being kicked out of games
- Games “fail to start”
- Match-maker fails to find match in queues

You can go and try. Patch notes say what they say and nothing else. My default would be “nope, no balance changes were made”. At the moment I can’t try because I can’t even enter any game:
They didn’t fix any of Mei’s bugs btw.

The words I want to use to describe how I feel about no balance changes are not allowed here. I’m done playing for this season. If the pve event is any good, I’ll play some of that and then I’m out.
