Ok so rat and hog are mentioned over the police chatter because they wrecked and robbed a patisserie and stole a buncha pastries, and the patisserie only just reopened

We found 2 stars that are placed in a weird spot in front of the omnic club.
The two stars are confirmed to be an easter-egg for the France soccer team winning it’s second World Cup last year =)
