Paris Eternal vs. Toronto Defiant - FINAL

Wow the game is very different with thoes 4 heroes out

First 2 maps…that’s my prediction for the whole stage

I’m just throwing it out there now…I’m doing my regular stats thing every week regardless to track things so I’ll see how I did come monday

I actually made a way more specific prediction in another thread right after they announced the pools but I’m on the road atm and can’t really search for it now…I’ll link later once I can look

Toronto steamroll Busan, but get surprised by a Hog on Eichenwalde, and we are all tied up heading into the second half.

AFTER MAP 2

Busan (Control): Toronto Defiant 2, Paris Eternal 0

Eichenwalde (Hybrid): Paris Eternal 3, Toronto Defiant 1

MATCH SCORE: Paris Eternal 1, Toronto Defiant 1

NEXT UP: The second half of Eternal vs. Defiant, starting with Dorado (Escort) then Temple of Anubis (Assault).

oh i didnt realize they were doing hero bans so soon, cool

The 2nd and 4th stage has hero pools. And it’s the same bans for the whole month, so no random switching part way.

Rip casters…

Bren and Josh live next door to each other here in Austin.

When one has internet issues, they both will.

i thought they lived together in the same apartment

Nah, they’re in houses next to each other. They go to the same house to record PlatChat.

Interesting…why don’t the two of them move into the same apartment, then?

Because SideShow is married and lives with his wife…

HUH? I THOUGHT THEY WERE MARRIED TO EACH OTHER

or at least like, dating or something

I’d argue that Bren still can live in the same apartment…I mean, I remember last NFL season Tom Brady had Antonio Brown sequestered in his house for the entire season (which is probably a good thing, cos AB had a multitude of off-the-field issues prior to signing with Tampa Bay…that’s banter for my NFL discussion group on Facebook, though)…

Living in Texas is cheap. They really don’t need to live together.

they really act like an old married couple tho

am i the only one thats annoyed by whenever they say “new meta”…as if one has been established yet

close match really…not reflected in score

Well the casters do have insider info on what’s being run in scrims, so there is a meta, we just haven’t seen much of it yet as viewers.

The Defiant close out the series and get an early start on their quest to qualify for the June Joust tournament.

FINAL

Busan (Control): Toronto Defiant 2, Paris Eternal 0.

Eichenwalde (Hybrid): Paris Eternal 3, Toronto Defiant 1.

Dorado (Escort): Toronto Defiant 3, Paris Eternal 2.

Temple of Anubis (Assault): Toronto Defiant 2, Paris Eternal 1.

FINAL SCORE: Toronto Defiant 3, Paris Eternal 1

TORONTO DEFIANT WINS!
