To follow up on ZP and Jake’s extreme speculation. It is possible to draw on Escort. It has never happened in any professional match of any major Overwatch esports event (OWL, Contenders, World Cup, Apex, etc.). Drawing on Escort requires either the payload to never have moved from the start position for both rounds (stupidly near impossible), a Payload must stop preciously on a checkpoint door and be cleared off for both team (very difficult to do), or on time bank rounds where both teams started a round with only 1 minute complete the full map in that time bank round.

Been watching some Paris matches recently and is it just me are they pretty much the RNG team by excellence in the whole league? They seem to be very inconsistent. Sometimes they make plays that make them look like they could have been Top 3 since OWL started. But sometimes it looks like absolutely nothing works for them.
They remind me of playing WH40K table top Orks (basically it’s RNG, roll dice and hope it works; if it works you gonna crush, if not you gonna have a very bad day).
Shax got one of the easiest sticks I have ever seen.
The XZI carry was the glue that held them together. They can get by sometimes with raw talent, but the synergy is gone.
Shax always gets better the longer a series goes. He takes a while to warm up.

The Eternal’s synergy is there, but their mechanical skill isn’t. Xzi was mechanically skilled, not a shotcaller.
