Is anyone else having issues with the drops?
For some reason I stopped receiving them for quite some time now.
Is there some info I’m missing? Did anything change?

Where are you watching from?
From Serbia, but I was receiving tokens a week ago.
Oh sorry my question was worded poorly! If you’re watching on the OWL website, I have a friend who wasn’t able to get drops through it. He was only able to get it to work on YouTube

I’m on Youtube, connected. Like I said I was getting tokens before, not sure what changed.
Past 2-3 days, nothing.

That’s really strange! Maybe you could try clearing your browser’s cache/cookies and see if maybe that helps? I haven’t been having problems/don’t know anyone else who has

Tokens for this week were only available yesterday and today. Are you sure you’re watching the correct live broadcasts or specific token enabled encore broadcasts?

Unless they’ve changed anything, yes.
I’ve been watching the same live stream (even the encore that’s on right now) on the same OWL Youtube channel with the same account that’s already connected to my bnet.
Here is a little tip:
- use a browser that doesn’t have any cookies exepct for the Owl cookies
- don’t try watching the streams on Owl website because it is not reliable
- watch the streams on YouTube because it is more reliable and you can leave the stream in the backround but make sure that it isn’t muted
- on YouTube if you are connected to your battle.net account there should be a little diamond during the livestream which indicates that you are connected

I just cleared the cache/cookies like suggested in a reply above and we’ll see what happens.
Everything you mentioned is already checked. It’s confirmed that it’s connected and I only watch from YT.
Have you disconnected your account and reconnected it?

Mine had the opposite problem. Watching through OWL website gets me tokens. Watching through YT doesn’t. YT worked until about last week ago.

Best bet? Ignore all the token drops and work 1 hour of Overtime this week and just buy the fisking things. I mean I bet the numbers watching would be better if this drop system, wasn’t booglefisked.
Yeah, switched to the owl website worked for me. I guess YT has some issues.

I, too, have noticed an issue with drops on youtube streams. Mainly there are no drops. Has been like this for a couple of days now. The OWL website works, use that while they figure out a solution.
No tokens for me through Youtube either since thursday and up until now. Switching to OWL Site as some people suggested for now. Hope it gets fixed, I feel Youtube was more reliable in the past. Hopefully this will be adressed soon since we missed quite a few tokens in the last few days. (also the encores didnt drop anything)
