OWL tokens problem

I have still not gotten any tokens. I have been watching every hour of the stream and still have gotten no tokens. I have the owl on my other monitor so i should be getting the tokens. I have logged in and done every step. I dont know why I am not getting anything

the website is bugged and doesn’t work atm, but the app seems to work just fine.
