OWL Tokens in Ukraine

I cannot get OWL tokens from Continental Ukraine (Kirovohrad region). I was told by suppport to post here.

I am logged in to Battle.net and on OWL site as well. My YouTube is linked to my Battle.net account.

I get the badge " You are logged in to earn [viewership rewards] [Geographic restrictions apply]" even though I am not even close to the regions occupied by Russia.

Please advise

It has been known that many Ukraine residents cannot earn tokens for various reasons. Unfortunately, your best option is to purchase them from your game platform online store.
