You get league tokens by converting your $$$. Currently, it’s the only way, and no doubt they will wait until the sale on Goat Brig ends to maximize their profits before starting work on adding a token reward incentive for watching league games on YouTube.

They’re probably scrambling to get token drops working, the switch to Youtube was only finalized rather recently and the increased view count is probably worth a good bit more than what they get selling the skin outright.
