Lucio speed boost has been a part of the game forever and the only thing that makes rein zar viable. Deathball as a strategy should work in the right situation, like it was before Brigitte. Deathball sans brigitte has never been OP since launch.
With Brigitte’s combination of continuous unblockable damage, massive sustain, burst and aoe heal tho, nothing else will ever be as good.
Take away armor pack OR inspire aoe completely and compensate elsewhere and the game might be balanced.
As is tho brig triple support makes dps mostly pointless. Brigitte with two supports healing her and getting bubbled/DM is unkillable. But her armor pack makes lucio and zen unkillable. Which means nothing can die. Which means just go full sustain and wait for ult combos
Maybe lucios ult buff is too strong but that’s a different conversation and would do nothing to stop goats.
If they took away speed boost completely the meta would just shift to dive tank+brig triple support
