Doesn’t doomfist basically do everything that Dva does except with better mobility and more bursty damage and a smaller target? Dva made a very good secondary tank but her kit doesn’t translate well to solo tank.

I’m afraid its going to take them way too long to nerf Genji
I think they need to update their attitude to losing mech. In 5v5, the idea that it should be “punishing” needs to just be entirely deleted out of the thought process. Instead, remech should be thought of (as it always should have IMO) as a sustain ability, a hog rebreather and self-heal mechanic with a unique gimmick of a dead-man trigger. That means remeching needs to have buffed viability. Some babydva ult charge buff to compensate for the ult changes would help, but also maybe a kevlar pilot suit? You know the korean army would wear kevlar, so make her 150hp + 25 armour? Just give her healers a chance to keep her up long enough to remech or else this ability is entirely pointless and nothing but a burden. Literally seeing healers intentionally let babydva die instead of healing her because they feel it’s pointless.
Also, some armour on the mech so she isn’t instamelted by things that bypass DM, and maybe increased DM range, would help.

mouffin was destroying with her on ladder, but hes famous for his 1v1 abuse which got buffed with ow2 (her boosters no longer cancelled by melee etc)
ladder =/ scrims tho, dva might still be crappy

i was thinking something like this too. But perhaps 30 seconds is more appropriate. That way, she’s back in the mech before the next team fight.
It was probably more time, but it didn’t really look that effective as Ana just turned the hero off.
waiting for scientists to come up with a thesis on how good d.va is in 5v5 even though it hasn’t been upgraded with the other tanks.

Seen mostly Orisa, Doom, Rein - now seeing more Hogs. Dva didn’t get any changes, so probably not a big draw to play her.

I also don’t understand why she STILL can’t keep her nano when getting in and out of mech, like please it’s 2022 and it’s OW2 there is NO REASON she should be losing nano when transitioning from one to the other.

lol, for the interests of transparency, i did win 75% of my games tonight. i have to be superaggro and even dying while doing so is better than trying to be defensive and peeling too much. literally won one because i killed three then died. teams don’t know how to be aggro with her. but if you’re aggro you can squeeze more value out. it just feels bad cause it’s the same “if you play dva you have to work 4x as hard as on any other tank” except they made it way worse. like i could do the same thing on sigma with far less work. even zar.

Lol! What have you been smoking? OW2 D.Va gets to freely delete anyone with 300 hp less every 8 seconds with her OP missiles and buffed guns! Her bombs now get guaranteed 6-man wipes without having to combo. She no longer needs to even stay with her team! If you’re dropping your Defense Matrix or dying at all, then you’re playing D.Va wrong. Git gud. Learn2Adapt. Etc. Etc. D.Va so ez, I play her blindfolded while brushing my teeth and rolling my feet on my keyboard! You’re not supposed to be playing D.Va into everything! She could benefit from having a nerf or three to make her take skill to play again. Etc. Etc.
Besides, we have other heroes in more immediate need of help. Orisa might need a small buff. Oh, and buff Doom some more. And Roadhog. And Zarya. And Soldier. And Mei. And Sombra. Definitely Sombra.

You realize that in comparison to OW1 he is already nerfed, right?
His ult charge is slower, and nothing was improved.
Don’t worry, they are currently trying to nerf Genji even though he didn’t change at all.
Dva is next on the list.
