The casters look like they’re going through an whimsical anime adventure. Soe is the main protagonist of course, tell by the hair.

Thank you as always, WyomingMyst. Hope I did adequate this morning filling in for you. I just tweeted you a question regarding the match discussion threads, let me know what you think.

As for the matches at hand, I do believe that it will be Dallas 3-1 over London, Atlanta 3-0 over Florida, and Toronto 3-2 over Washington. Let’s rock!

Go Dallas!!!

This one should be easy.
:dizzy: :boom: :mosquito:----------- :skull_and_crossbones:

I totally passed out last night… feel a lot better now though.

I see banning Lucio is tantamount to a Rein ban. It’s an entire weekend with 2 tanks banned.

Drawskaya strikes even at OWL levels, hillarious.

That last EMP won the final round. Spitfire did their best too but shame.

And after yet another whirlwind of a series, the London Spitfire’s march to 0-16 continues, as the Fuel take home the victory!

FINAL (Match 1)

Nepal (Control): Dallas Fuel 2, London Spitfire 0.

Route 66 (Escort): London Spitfire 2, Dallas Fuel 0.

Volskaya Industries (Assault): Dallas Fuel 2, London Spitfire 2 (DRAW).

King’s Row (Hybrid): Dallas Fuel 3, London Spitfire 0.

Busan (Control Tiebreaker): Dallas Fuel 2, London Spitfire 1.

FINAL SCORE: Dallas Fuel 3, London Spitfire 1

DALLAS FUEL WINS!

Dallas go to 2-1 in the Countdown Cup qualifiers, and now need a decent showing against the Reign to lock up their spot in the Countdown Cup Knockouts. For the Spitfire, it’s another disastrous week, as they are unable to match the Titans win.

Next up, we have the Florida Mayhem going up against the Atlanta Reign. Will the Mayhem make a late-season surge? Or will the Reign make a last-ditch push for the Top 3? Only one way to find out. Let’s get this party started!

Mayhem playing double sniper on defense…
:joy:
Do they want to lose?

Mcree , Hanzo on defense…better, but Mcree may have some problems with Orisa.

Double sniper defense has a high probability of losing.
They both played double sniper.
:joy:
Offensive snipers always have a slight advantage with space.
Maybe the Reign thought the shelter of the castle would work on defense with double sniper. It did…until they got to close too their positions…
They ran out of room.

Lol objective based game…

And after yet another 5-map match, the Atlanta Reign take the match and get one step closer to the Top 3!

FINAL (Match 2)

Oasis (Control): Atlanta Reign 2, Florida Mayhem 0.

Havana (Escort): Florida Mayhem 3, Atlanta Reign 2.

Hanamura (Assault): Florida Mayhem 2, Atlanta Reign 0.

Numbani (Hybrid): Atlanta Reign 3, Florida Mayhem 1.

Nepal (Control Tiebreaker): Atlanta Reign 2, Florida Mayhem 1.

FINAL SCORE: Atlanta Reign 3, Florida Mayhem 2

ATLANTA REIGN WINS!

The Atlanta Reign secure the match and at the moment secure a Top 3 spot in the West Region. Next week could prove crucial, ladies and gentlemen.

Now, for our final match of the day, we have the Toronto Defiant taking on the Washington Justice. Will the Justice right the ship? Or will the Defiant continue onwards and upwards? Only one way to find out. Let’s rock the house down!

Well… that was the ultimate MEMP from Assassin

Gotta love of the Sombra plays.

Good to see a Widow zone-out for a win

And the hero pool woes for the Justice continue!

FINAL

Lijiang Tower (Control): Toronto Defiant 2, Washington Justice 0.

Havana (Escort): Toronto Defiant 2, Washington Justice 1, Lengthy Pause 1, Memps 1.

Hanamura (Assault): Toronto Defiant 2, Washington Justice 1.

FINAL SCORE: Toronto Defiant 3, Washington Justice 0

TORONTO DEFIANT WINS!

The Defiant go 2-0 on the week and likely have eliminated the Titans from the playoffs/play-ins with that victory. As for the Justice, their woes in the hero pool tournaments continue, as they are now eliminated from the Countdown Cup with only 1 match to go, an 0-3 qualifier stage and a -9 map differential.

Let’s have a quick look at the Countdown Cup Standings.

Atlanta Reign 3-0 (3 League Points) (+5)
Toronto Defiant 2-0 (2 League Points) (+5)
Dallas Fuel 2-1 (2 League Points) (+2)
Vancouver Titans 1-0 (1 League Points) (+3)
Los Angeles Gladiators 1-1 (1 League Points) (+2)
San Francisco Shock 1-1 (1 League Points) (+1)

-Cutoff-

Houston Outlaws 1-1 (1 League Points) (+0)
Paris Eternal 1-1 (1 League Points) (-1)
Boston Uprising 1-2 (1 League Points) (-3)
Florida Mayhem 0-1 (0 League Points) (-3)
London Spitfire 0-2 (0 League Points) (-5)
Washington Justice 0-3 (0 League Points) (-9)

A massive surprise: The Vancouver Titans are in the top half of the leaderboard for once after a 3-0 of the Boston Uprising yesterday! The Titans will have a chance to prove that victory wasn’t a fluke if they can take down the Justice, who are 0-3 and out of the Countdown Cup. Meanwhile, the Reign are destined for a Top 3 seed if they can hold off the Dallas Fuel tomorrow, which seems doable given the Spitfire took a map off the Fuel this afternoon.

Tomorrow’s matches could prove crucial for more than a handful of teams, especially in terms of Top 3 and Top 9 seeds. Will the Reign get a perfect stage? Will the Titans prove their match victory wasn’t a fluke? Will the Mayhem be able to get their redemption arc off the ground, or crash and burn? We will find out tomorrow!

For now, that’s it for now. Matches resume at 2am Pacific (5am Eastern) with Day 2 of Week 2 of APAC Countdown Cup qualifier matches. For now, we wish all a good night. Thanks as always to WyomingMyst for providing us with these threads. Until tomorrow morning, from our wonderful host WyomingMyst, I’m Arena25, saying Good Night and Charlie Niners.
