Valk could definitely use some tweaks to be a more powerful ult, it’s power level has kind of dwindled over the years especially with the introduction of the DPS passive. But I’m very glad to have it instead of Mass Rez 
Personal ideas for Valk buffs:
- Duration reduced from 15 to 12 seconds
- Rez pauses the duration of Valk while you’re rezzing
- HPS buffed from 60 to 70-75
- Damage boost provides allies with a 15-25% speed buff
Would make it more useful for both defensive and offensive uses, which is what it’s supposed to be, a swiss army knife support ult useful for general situations
