Anyone finding that ow2 is more toxic now than ow1.
I have stopped playing due to the abuse my daughter is recieving on this platform. I find it discusting and people should have been banned faster and not allowed to be back on the platform at all.
all games linked to their accoutn should be banned .
I have felt the opposite to be honest. And I have felt the strong desire to close my mouth as well. Plus they don’t give cards for people to watch POTG and Cards for everyone to talk crap.
Knowing my phone number is banned, I don’t care. Going through the FTUE is worse. I’d rather be banned than play and be silenced.

i stand by that i believe the most toxic individuals were the weakest link and now cant hide behind zero information so they dont talk as much now.
only had 1 game that got a lil toxic so far and it was because our moira faded into the backline to die every fight. 18 DEATHS AS MOIRA. other then that its just the accasional tank diff or so
Just a tip, if you don’t want your daughter exposed to mass amounts of toxicity, you should avoid blizzard games entirely. Things might change once Microsoft takes ownership, bur current blizzard leadership does not care about the player experience. They care about one thing: 
I had a guy tell me he’s “number 1 Reaper NA and is boosting his friend’s account.” I muted and blocked him immediately because I knew all it would take is people reporting me for calling him out on it. He proceeded to spawn, run in and 1 v 5 over and over, and ended up like 6 and 14. We still won once I swapped to a better tank, but these are the kind of scenarios we end up in. Dudes may, or may not, be on alt accounts and I stay quiet because reports are automated.
Not defending toxicity in any way here but this is Blizzard’s fault. OW2 is not as female friendly as OW1. They have drastically increase pace of play and aiming is a lot more difficult which has in turn increased the mechanical skill needed to play this game at the same level you were playing OW1 at. Mercy is kind of a throw pick RN and lets be honest here Mercy’s playstyle is a big draw for women that play this game. The same goes for Ana which is another hero women like to play but the skill to play her effectively has gone up quite a bite in OW2. We also know if you aren’t playing well in OW whether you are male or female you are going to receive toxicity. I think OW2 is going to lose most of it’s casual players both male and female in the long run because the game just feels harder and more chaotic. Not trying to make a blanket statement or sound negative about women here I’m just talking about the majority.
