I want to resolve this badly and i will spend a lot of time to help you out if needed.
As a player i just want to know where you are at in resolving this, the bug is not mentioned in known issues and i really want to put this issue to rest.
It has been adressed: There is a problem with sounds in Overwatch and it needs to be looked at - #3 by ScottLawlor-1589
Should have been fixed by this patch, so most likely we’re seeing it in the next update.
