Hey, it’s better than missing the launch of Marvel Rivals and needing to wait eight years to get a MR Classic arcade mode just to vaguely experience what the OG did back in the day! People will be speaking fondly of how Captain America could deflect ultimates and how lame it was that they removed it. You would HATE to miss out on that!

So 6v6 classic events ends and Marvel rivals begins on Dec 6th. No competitive game developer will release into their competition.
They are going to see what the game is like and what players are giving feedback on so they can tweak last min 6v6 when it releases on 9th.
You would know what is happening here if you know what is competition.

I’ve never once said rivals will kill ow2, in fact I’ve said the opposite so many times and pointed out ow2 will go on regardless being f2p.
and I’ve pointed out over and over that rivals is going to frustrate people for many of the same reasons ow2 does.

Reaper has orbs. Won’t pick up a new passive until after Sombra is added to the game. So Reaper is actually quite fragile until he gets a kill.

To be honest I delayed buying Overwatch after playing the various pre launch tests, mostly due to the hero stacking. It’s good for memes but no further. Balance is going to be hilarious, I’m looking forward to the chaos whilst it lasts.
For what I remember, everyone drops orbs so he just can phase through the battlefield and heal.
Just like Torb armor packs drop from every kill, no matter if Torb is the last hitter or not.

Nah, I am OG as hell. The second the trailer dropped my Sistah and I planned to quit Call of Duty and started our careers as OnlyWatchers.
I was just saying that it was better for Glass to miss out on this nostalgia event than have to miss the launch of Marvel Rivals because the beginning of a game is very special. Nobody knows what they are doing and they just play for fun. It always devolves into toxic meta slaves after the fact.
Homie has been looking forward to Marvel Rivals since it was announced. It would suck if work related matters robbed that special first time experience for him.
