You talked about the new feature. But also about not getting the skins. what if you added a new feature telling you how many hours you have watched because maybe some people thought they watched all 15 hours but only got like 14 which could be why they did receive the skin. So by implementing this feature, you could go back and see if you should have received the reward or not.

No Torb skins for me, I hope it’s just a delay issue…

I have not received the Mercy skin, I watched every bit of the European and North American contenders tournament and while I received the Symmetra skin I still have not received the Mercy skin. I watched the same way the entire time so it isn’t like that changed up.

I would note, this is an issue being affected by everyone. I consider it under investigation, but I am not panicked about this drop yet.
