EXPERIMENTAL BUG FIX UPDATE
These bug fixes are intended to address some issues in the current experiment. This will not affect other game modes.

Genji

Fixed a bug that allowed Genji to use Dragonblade indefinitely in some scenarios

Fixed a bug causing Genji to only gain one additional second of Dragonblade after killing multiple enemies in a single strike
Lúcio
- Fixed a bug causing some heroes to become unable to move if Lúcio uses Crossfade to boost their speed, switches heroes, then switches back to Lúcio
