Before the patch i was master 4 on support. But now my season 3 stats show me that i was diamond 4 which is incorrect wherefore i didnt get master challenger title

Ended season 3 with DIA2 on DPS (playing DPS class only). Season 4 shows me that I’m GLD2…

The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36. My competitive progress stats are bugged for Season 4. In my support progress, it says I have won 1 game and lost 2 games. This is not true. I am 1-1 right now. I have photo evidence of this in my game history. I hope this is a text bug and not a bug that affects my ranking by registering that I have lost 1 game that has not existed. I also don’t really understand this forum so I’m not sure if this is the best place to say what is going on. If I should say this in a different location, please let me know.
