Overwatch Ping Gets higher every patch

First 2 years playing overwatch I got 38 ping, from then on i don’t remember which patch but around beginning 2018 it’s been 55-62 ping. I gave up on fixing the problem, checking this forum for fix, calling ISP, doing optimization on my network, reinstalling game, reinstall window. Can I have my skin money back ?

They combined Ping and RTT into one stat called Latency (LAT).

You can expect this Latency number to be 10-20ms more than the ping value we previously displayed

Thanks Nicole, but when playing hitscans, epecially Mcree, there’s a big noticeable delay between shots.

This could be network related, but it can also be hardware performance. When you look at the netgraph in game, do you see any SIM spikes or large white blocks?

I’d be happy to look over a WinMTR, or DxDiag for you, should you want to continue troubleshooting. But as far as refunds go, you’d have to discuss any account-related stuff in a private ticket with Blizzard CS staff.
