We’ve received a number of recent reports of crashes with recent builds of Razer Chroma SDK. Razer has been working on the problem for a while, and it appears to have been fixed with Razer Synapse 3. Below are steps to resolve the issue.
Attach your Chroma compatible device and install
Razer Synapse 3. If you no longer have your Chroma device, follow the manual installation steps below and Contact Razer if this does not work.

If you still have problems after removing the files mentioned in that post (you will have to search for and delete them one by one usually), then provide a DxDiag or open a ticket with the staff.
DxDiag instructions (click to expand/collapse)
Press Windows Key + R.
Type DxDiag and press Enter.
In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.

Open the text file and copy all of the text.
Paste the text in your reply.
Highlight the pasted text and click </> on the post editor.

Pastebin.com and provide the hash code (the numbers/letters after the .com) in your reply.
