Overwatch not launching

Somebody please help, it’s been a week, Overwatch goes to black screen after pressing play and immediately closes to desktop, I don’t know what it’s causing it, I’ve tried everything I’ve read on other posts (razer, compatibility, reinstall, so on and so forth)

Please for the love of reaper, help me get back to playing

Same here ive tried everything ive seen and yet it doesnt work and its been over 2 hours of trouble shooting and yet nothing

Please DO NOT post your MSInfo on the public forum. The DxDiag is the report used for troubleshooting here.

You are both likely experiencing an issue mentioned in the sticky threads:

If you still have problems after removing the files mentioned in that post (you will have to search for and delete them one by one usually), then provide a DxDiag or open a ticket with the staff.

DxDiag instructions (click to expand/collapse)
  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.

To add it to your reply here:

  1. Open the text file and copy all of the text.
  2. Paste the text in your reply.
  3. Highlight the pasted text and click </> on the post editor.

I think i found the solution at least worked for me uninstall and then reinstall razer synaps 3 and it should work
