I’ve watched all of each playoff 2021 streams but havent gotten any of the skins. Whats the deal yo?
Are you earning tokens? If so, please double check the Hero Gallery, but do not turn on any of the hero gallery filters. There is a bug that if the filters are turned on, the OWL Gray and White skins will not show up in the results, but you really do have them.
If you are not earning tokens as well as not earning the skins, then follow the steps in my troubleshooting guide here:
Please be aware there are only three livestreams (2 encores, and 1 live) remaining to get the Playoffs rewards. After that it will be the Grand Finals Rewards which will be a different set of skins.
i am recieving tokens but not skins, but i hear of others earning the skins
And you have confirmed none of these skins have appeared in your collection. Again do NOT use any filters in the Hero Gallery to check:
- 3 hours: Reinhardt, Soldier: 76, Torbjörn
- 6 hours: Junkrat, Roadhog, Sombra, plus the three skins listed above
- 9 hours: Doomfist, Hanzo, McCree, plus the six skins listed above
