So i was watching the overwatch league last week for most of the games, it was from the OWL website, “You are logged in to receive viewer rewards…” and it was on full screen and not muted, I go onto overwatch the next day, and there are no new tokens so i contacted support and they said to post it here, however today, June 21, 2020, i watched the OWL games again and have received tokens for one hour (5) but none from that time. Can somebody help me?
Note if are starting to earn tokens, then that is going to be the best that can be done. It is impossible to catch up tokens retroactively. Also if it should stop again, I maintain an extensive troubleshooting checklist here:
