To the heroes of Overwatch,
We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!
Current Issues
Anniversary Event
- We’re aware of an issue where Global Progress is not updating for US or EU players.
Battle Pass
- We’re aware of an issue where the Time Remaining on the Battle Pass is too high.
Consoles
- We are aware of an issue on our console platforms where shop product that should offer a choice of currency to spend with are currently only displaying a single option.
Stadium
- Reaper’s Backstabber Power has been disabled.
- Juno’s Blink Boots has been disabled.
- Freja’s Lille Fælde has been disabled.
Recently Resolved
- Powder Keg Mine and Thames District have been re-enabled.
- All players should now have received their 10th Anniversary login rewards.
- The Movies, Newsfeed, the Shop, and replays should now load on Xbox consoles.
