To the heroes of Overwatch,

We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!

Current Issues

  • When completing a tier in the Talon V Overwatch faction pass, players may notice a temporary UI bug where the next tier is filled out

  • We are aware of an issue on the End of Match screen where some challenges may not be displaying correctly however rewards will still be granted.

  • Some Hero Animations don’t play correctly while tethered to Jet Pack Cat

  • In Stadium, Vendetta’s Primary Fire doesn’t count as melee damage and doesn’t scale from melee damage

  • The Stadium Season 21 reward description incorrectly mentions Cassidy as a reward in game

  • The Preset for Stadium ranked in custom Games still gives powers on rounds 1/3/5/7

  • The hero gallery can sometimes end up in a state where skin selection becomes inaccessible.

  • Universal Emotes for Jetpack cat do not load

  • Some players may have a white line appear in the center of menus

  • We’re aware of an issue where some players players can get stuck at Stadium Hero Select.

  • Competitive Rewards

    • Top 500 Competitive Titles

      • Top 500 titles are working as intended and will be awarded at the start of each season

    • Top 500 Stadium Competitive Titles

      • Due to an issue, Stadium top 500 rewards were not granted for S20 at the start of Season 1. We plan to remedy this in a later patch

    • Dynamic Competitive Titles

    • Dynamic Competitive Titles will not be awarded until Season 2

    • All Season 1 progress will count toward earning these titles

    • Your Stadium Competitive performance this season is being tracked and will contribute to your Dynamic Title when the feature launches in Season 2

    We appreciate your patience as we finalize the Dynamic Titles system as well as Top 500 rewards for Stadium Players. Your Season 1 performance matters and will be fully reflected when Dynamic Titles and the new Top 500 Icon for Stadium become available in Season 2
