Overwatch keeps making me rejoin a match I'm currently in

So as of this month, whenever I play arcade, quickplay, competitive, etc my overwatch will have a tendency of showing all of the players frozen on my screen.
As soon as this happens, it puts me back to the lobby and I have to click rejoin match. This is extremely frustrating since this puts me in a disadvantage in competitive matches and I recently tried using my old computer to see if the same thing was happening and it has been. Due to that happening, I’m leaning towards my wired internet being the problem but if anyone has had the same issue or any idea how to help it would be appreciated.

First step: Stop playing until you diagnose the issue, because leaving early can cause you to incur penalties on your account, and isn’t fair to other players in Competitive games.

Second step: Diagnose the problem using the tips in the sticky thread, and then if you’re still seeing an issue, please post WinMTR results (instruction link in the thread) for us to look at.

So I tried all of the previous options before the winMTR and it did not change anything about my overwatch forcing me to rejoin on going games. So here is my winMTR test

The lines to your home/neighborhood/city are showing packet loss which could absolutely be what’s causing your issue. This is something you’ll need to send to your ISP and have them service the lines.
