If you are gold roughly 40% of the playerbase are in higher skill tiers then you are yourself. There is 11 open slots since you take one which means there is 11 times the chance to hit the 40% instead of the 60%. Guess in how many games you are going to hit 11 times the 60% instead of the 40 %?
Even if the high rank is on your team it wont be fun for anyone as the high rank probably wont enjoy stomping low ranks and playing with low ranks on his team who don’t even know how to stay alive for more than 5 seconds nor will it be fun for the low ranks even if they win if they actually have 0 impact on the game simce the GM Ashe on their team will just solo carry through.
yeah so what do you suggest we do huh? I mean this game sucks at high ranks so they gotta do something about it. it just makes me and lots of other people wanna quit the game. and this also explains why there are many smurfs in this game
Hey , thanks for the warning. I wont bother playing ranked because of this experience you tell. I enjoy my innocence…not a high demanding playstyle where people abuse adderall, and see OW like a job / self-worth enhance
Quickplay is only half a competitive game (or even less if the comp game would go through multiple rounds). Also you don’t have to worry about losing SR while still trying hard to win.
Thats the difference with arcade. Most people go there to meme, warm up and similar things. The only ones there actually trying to win are the handful of people who try to earn some lootboxes there. Thats why the Arcade MMR (if there actually is one) can’t be taken serious at all.
in english it doesnt say “competitive” below quick play though, it says: “jump into a game against other players of your skill level” but yeah still. the problem about quick play classic is that there is no obligations for 2 tanks and 2 dps and 2 support. and what you mean its a meme game, so is it playable or is it a trolling playground lol what u mean
no dude that doesnt mean I wanna sweat though. there is a difference. game is better with 2 tanks 2 dps 2 support. its like more fun, idk. how about they remove comp in this quick play mode like for real.
While it says competitive (at least in the german Version) its nowhere close to the actual ladder.
People leave midgame, play whatever heroes they feel like but at the same time they try to win.
However the MMR is much more relaxed than in actual comp. I’m roughly a plat player and get matched with diamonds fairly often and occasionally with a Masters or Grandmasters Player. However those games are never fun as it isn’t fun for anyone to get stomped or hard carried without impact on the game.
but why would they make a regular quick play competitive when there is already a “competitive” mode man
