Overwatch getting low fps

I just downloaded Overwatch and experienced low fps, I get around 30-40 fps. I tried scanning and repairing, changing in game options, resetting in game options from battlenet app and checked my GPU for updates.

I have a radeon 5700 XT, I5-10600k 4.10 GHz processor, 16 GB DDR4 ram and a TUF GAMING B460-plus motherboard.
