Yesterday, I was queued up for a game with my friends and when we joined the game, I got a blue screen error and the game crashed. The error said an error has occurred with the following application. This happened when I was about to join a competitive game twice in two hours, and I have lost 100SR and received two bans for this even though I didn’t leave intentionally. This is on the playstation
Could this issue be fixed please? I was one win away from ranking up, and because of this I spent three hours trying to climb for nothing
