Everytime I try and Launch Overwatch, It freezes either at the loading screen or at the menu screen. It causes my laptop to freeze and the only way to exit the program is to manually restart my pc. I am unable to open task manager to force quit the program because when I try and do that it creates a perpetual black screen. I have tried restarting my pc, deleting the cache files, scanning and repairing the game files, and unistalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing has fixed my issue. Not sure what else i need to do. This has been a problem since the latest patch released about 2 days ago.
