Overwatch frame drops from 60 to 10 when external monitor is installed

Hello,

I play Overwatch on an MSI laptop and have recently noticed an interesting issue.

When playing Overwatch on just the laptop, game runs fine, FPS is around 55-60. But when I install an Asus VP247QC monitor, the framerate dips between 9-10.

I see you’re a little behind on Windows updates, so I would start with those because I see your RealTek and also Nahimic sound manager are reporting errors.

Nahimic has an overlay that interacts poorly with Overwatch, so that might be something you need to address also. Generally shutting it down/disabling it can help with fps.
