balance sucks, ergo the devs are bad at balancing the game

That’s fine and all and you have a good case for that as by OW viewership and complaints.

But I’m talking about the way the deva treat their employees vs the way the rest of blizzard treats them. That’s why I thanked the overwatch dev team

If the company you work for is encouraging widespread assault, harassment and bullying and you decide to stay, you are systematically agreeing with those practices.

Furthermore, Jeff as a Vice President of Blizzard surely knew about issues of harassment considering over 2000 employees signed a petition acknowledging that the culture of abuse was known. He is culpable and as the leader of that team, should have done something but did not.

Do not be fooled, the OW development team had members who must have known about the insanely pervasive level of abuse at Blizzard as a whole and never once raised the alarm to the public.
