If you’re using any sort of antivirus, I recommend disabling it. I’m not sure what’s directly causing your BlueScreen error we see here, but it might be related to permissions to access your data.
The dwm.exe error is your Desktop Window Manager, which might be resolved by running a check on your Windows install.
If those don’t help, you can uninstall all copies of your GPU drivers (using the uninstall feature in Windows or GeForce experience is not enough) with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Then install the latest version again.
