Overwatch Contenders 2018 Season 2 Grand Final Rules

  • Match plays a best of seven series. First team to win four maps wins.
  • The initial Control map is selected by the highest ranking seed. In succeeding maps, the losing team of the previous map selects the map. Winning team selects the side. Additional Control maps are played if neither team reaches four maps by the end of the series.
  • Overwatch Contenders group stages will be played on version 1.26 (Wrecking Ball Release) and all heroes are eligible for use.
  • Prize Pool - First Place: $30,000 USD - Second Place: $12,450 USD

Based on everything I have seen, from both Contenders and World Cup, I think XL2 does have this one covered, but we said that about their parent team last Summer.

Seems only right that Nanohana gets to play the NA Contenders final infront of a World Cup crowd, remind everyone why he should’ve been MVP last year
