I’ve also received Brig’s skins and I’ve also gotten I think 90 tokens (at least 80). I know that we’re supposed to get 5 tokens per hour, but I feel like I’m only getting them in increments of 10.

I’ve gotten 80 tokens so far from watching EVERY stream since Sunday: the live broadcasts AND encores. I have the Bastion skins but already had Tracer and Genji; I also already had Hanzo and Mercy so I cannot confirm Mei as obviously she’s not in the game.

I do NOT have Brig, Ball or Ashe, or anything past that that hasn’t ever been released that should’ve already dropped based on my 25+ hours watched.

This is getting so old, but luckily it’s the end of the season and don’t have to deal with ineptitude of this scale for some time in regards to drops.

I own all the previous gray skins that were distributed ever. That’s why I can’t keep track of it, especially less now that we don’t have a “What’s new” tab.

I watched everything so far, only have the Bastion tier unlocked apparently, I should be way much higher, but they really still suck after years aren’t they at this lmao.

Here’s the rough timetables I’ve documented, and the associated tokens I’ve earned per expected values per broadcast. Times in Pacific:
10/30 - 2:00pm-9:00pm(5) - 5/35 tokens
10/31 - 6:30am-12:30pm(10), 2:00pm-10:45pm(20) - 30/70 tokens

Adding today’s broadcast. I missed the 1st and some of the 2nd encore:
11/1 - 8:30am-12:30pm(15), 2:00pm-10:15pm(40) - 55/60 tokens

Total: 34 hours viewed, and earned 90 of 170 tokens, or 18 of the 34 hours.

Even though I’ve earned 18 hours worth of tokens, I can only confirm receipt of up to the 9-hour tier (Ana, Brigitte, Zenyatta skins).

Hey, I can confirm that I got 100 tokens (=20 hours recorded, but I actually should have more hours) since the playoff streams started. However, I don’t have the Wrecking ball/Echo skins (12/15hours) yet. I had the same issue with Brig yesterday (I got 50 tokens since the start of playoffs but no Brig skin), but the Brig skin showed up today. So I’m thinking the skins may be showing up a bit later than the token drops if this helps!

Hope the times are counting correctly / counts properly for future streams though. Hope everyone enjoys rest of the playoffs/grand finals

Hello.I am a new player to Overwatch.Can I ask you some questions?

1. Do encores also count towards the accumulated time and earn tokens?

2. Where did you watch the live broadcast, YouTube APP or the web terminal(m.youtube.com/c/overwatchleague), or the homepage of the league official website(Home | The Overwatch League), do we need to refresh the page from time to time when watching?

3. Can I get tokens immediately? So far, I have watched the full live stream on YouTube app for 3 days (about 23 hours), but only got 65 tokens (13 hours).
   10/30:5 tokens
   10/31:30tokens (At the time of the acquisition, I hadn’t watched the game for 6 hours)
   11/1:30tokens (At the time of the acquisition, I hadn’t watched the game for 6 hours)
   I doubt that the tokens I received were from the day before, but I was not clear about Overwatch’s reward mechanism for watching.

1. Encores usually count towards times watched. But playoffs/Grand finals often had problems with rewards, which usually sorted out by the end of the season
2. You can watch on the App/OWL page/ or Youtube, but you must have your blizzard account connected–if you’re watching on youtube, there should be a “connected” Jewel sign next to the like and dislike buttons if your account is connected/ REWARDS icon in that place if your account is NOT connected. As long as the connected sign is on the page, you don’t need to refresh during the stream (unless you had internet connections, and your stream isn’t playing “live”–best to refresh page just in case)
3. Tokens usually drop immediately, but it sometimes takes a bit for them to show up. The official rewards page does say it may take up to 48 hours.
   The token drops seem to be slightly glitchy for the past few days

I’ve had it playing for every event so far, and have received nothing. No tokens, no skins, nothing of any kind. Oh, and I’ve done every troubleshooting method as well.
