Overwatch API / OpenQueue SR on playoverwatch

Hello there,

I hope this is the right sub to post/ask in but I’d like to know if there is any possibility that an Overwatch API will ever exist?
As far as I know the current tracking sites all scrape their data from the playoverwatch.com profiles.
And the sad thing is the OpenQueue SR won’t get displayed there only the three role ranks.
For personal use it would be cool to have access to the data and properly process it. Most of the other Blizzard games do indeed have an API so kind of a bummer for Overwatch to have none.

If anyone got some info about this topic I’d love to hear it :slight_smile:

Developers don’t monitor this forum since it’s only for troubleshooting, so it isn’t likely someone here can answer this type of question (about future plans for APIs etc). It would likely be a major news announcement if they did.
