so my account was suspended when i tried to open the app today and it says to check my email for more info but theres no email not even in my spam folder and it doesn’t say for how long hopefully not forever but it would probably be a blessing in disguise if it was forever
edit: my ticket came back and its until October 10th but they said they couldnt tell me what i did because the suspension was issued by Microsoft? that doesnt make sense to me because wouldnt my xbox account be suspended as well?
You can appeal through the ticket system, but no one on the forum can assist with this.

Same here. I’m just looked at anything sus that might be running in the background but nothing. My account is ancient as heck and I’m going to risk by cheating? Those 2 things don’t track.

No, there’s a bunch of us right who were wrongfully accused. I understand your skepticism for sure but really, what system is completely infallible? And also, what if this happens to you and you’re innocent and no one gives you the benefit of the doubt?

This is not a place you’ll get eyes on the issue, as mentioned several times across all of these threads. The tech support forum is only for troubleshooting connection, crashing, and installation issues. Customer support staff are not going to act on things posted here.
Same, never got an email, never got an explanation. Just a GM saying they won’t reverse it and ’ all the details were in the action email’ which I never received.
No idea why they suspended me, there’s no information, no communication at all.
As i replied to other threads: about 2 days ago when i was in bed i recieved a mail and by my shocked surprise it was stating that i had got banned. I hadnt even played for a couple of days prior. After appealing they replied with the usual automated answer that everyone gets and it is apparently my fault for playing their game.
im not sure if someone was talking about me “cheating” or if they were replying to someone but im on xbox so its impossible for me to install hacks especially since xbox made it so you can no longer download files from Microsoft edge and bing
I have heard that this system is based on a number of other people reporting you within a specific range of time. So I guess if enough people don’t like you they can just mass report to ban?
Do you xim? That’s all I can think would cause it.
no i have a wireless headset and the chip for it plugs into where i think a xim would plug into so even if i had a xim i wouldnt be able to use it if i wanted to hear the game
The only “eyes” we get on these issues are other Users.
Blizz doesnt care about anything. Hundreds of users this month posting similar topics across multiple forums and we just get canned auto-responses.
Yet people jumping off map, throwers+greifers galore+ people yelling insults in chat/voice EVERY GAME. Somehow we are qualifying hacking or toxic, even though our accounts are so freaking ancient with many MANY endorsements.
Blizz simply does not care.
There’s too many OG accounts/spender accounts (like me) that got hit. The hyperX software update bans aren’t resolved yet too.
Blizz is using AI and it being early tech means it’s not perfect. Lots of strays, so me thinks they will do an unban wave in the future.
