They both stole it from Akira. Overwatch is a roster full of scientists, explorers, and thieves.

This is the only miss in my book, but they nailed everything else so far, just need to see the remainder of the cosmetics.
And glad to see the forums look normal again, when I was last here weeks ago, it was like the forums and everyone’s accounts were completely wiped out so I stopped coming back.

Well the Cammy skin turned out to be less censored than I thought it would be based on the initial reveal. I wonder if they changed it based on feedback? Its still censored and when I see games like Marvel Rivals who aren’t holding back in this regard I can’t help but feel like this was more a decision from an OW dev than anything else. The Juri skin looks Ok, but it also looks incomplete and a bit censored as well. Everything else looks great. They didn’t give some of these skins the same care and attention to detail as they did Faye Valentine.

If you couldn’t handle Cammy’s costume you shouldn’t have done it. They even made a new costume for her in SF6 for prudes and children, you should have gone with that. Regardless, the Overwatch girls really aren’t built to fill out these costumes right anyway.

Exactly this. I think they did an amazing job with Ashe as Faye Valentine and I feel like the same care and attention to detail wasn’t put into these skins. Its a shame, because this is one of the biggest gaming collabs out there and the skins are basic cosplay at best. They could’ve easily redesigned the character models to be more like their collab characters but this is what we got.

Just got to say, these kinds of skin are a good choice - they’re a fun way to mix the game up when things get dull.
Will also point out that you would be as well off coming up with a system that allows players to buy packs of assets and build their own custom skins from those assets. Custom skins are only accessible with the premium battle pass.

If you do this, perhaps you’d consider rewarding me by contacting me about the cheating problem, which I’d love to understand better.
The initial reveal was way more censored than this so I think they changed it. Its still censored and is by no means an accurate representation of Cammy’s design. This feels like OW devs being petty while responding to feedback of the reveal.

And the worst part is not that, Juno and Kiriko will be in ALL the collaborations, 100%, even if they don’t fit, they are the apple of the devs’ eyes.
