My rank is stuck between Bronze 3 and bronze 4.
The ranking animation will flicker in between the two ranks on screen and will not allow me to rank any higher.
I will play with groups for extended play sessions (hours) and everyone else will rank up, but i will either rank down from 3 or stay the same at Bronze 4.
My friends suggested that i have a bug, because we will play the same games and my rank doesn’t adjust accordingly.

I have more or less the same Problem.
I can’t rank up.
No matter how good my Stats are or how man games in a row i win, after 5 wins my rank just Drops down.
I was in Gold 1 and now im in Bronze 3.
That must be a Bug in my Account but you can’t report that directly to Blizzard.
They just don’t care about that.
I thought it was just me getting the rank glitch. Especially after this new update. I play comp after the update and I’ve ranked down without having even played?
It’s complete bs cause my screen glitches now too. I was in gold but it’s bugging. But whatever.
I tried to find a way to report it to Blizzard, as well. It definitely happened after the valentine’s day update.
The 5 win 15 loss system doesn’t preventing your true rank from changing it just prevents you from being able to see it changing. Assuming your win-loss ratio is exactly 1, your rank shouldn’t change. Rank adjustment is purely based on wins and losses and not individual performance so if you are winning more than you are losing, then you should climb ranks and vice versa. You might also be experiencing either the bug that prevents your rank from being adjusted or the bug in which during a rerank, your initial rank is demoted five subdivisions before the adjustment takes place.
