Just spend some time in the training range and look how far out your crosshair can be. It’s wild.

Well this is not bad. Specially in regions which demand is extreme high like in SA (my region). Or will become like XCloud… Free users play fortnite for infinite hours in free tier

Glad you’ll ne. Able. To play. Enjoy : )

Interesting…

I’ve been a long time free user…

Can’t see much of an issue with this if it’s just while I’m waiting in the queue?

But let’s see how it’s implemented…

Potential drawbacks could be ad playback results in lower battery life on portable devices and sound from the ads in the background can’t be turned off unless you turn off system sound…

Still it’s nice to have a free way to support the service…

It did seem too good to be true to pay nothing and have a full gaming rig at my fingertips!

This is fantastic news!

Another huge news overwatch has proper Reflex support option for ultimate members now for lower latency!

Also supports variable refresh rate!

I heard about the 10% price increase with Abya did that affect you?

:heartpulse:

Interesting, just found out that GeForce Now is supported on AMD GPU 5000 and up and pretty much any recent macs. In our country, it’s called cloud.gg apparently.

Somtimes I’m too lazy to turn on my PC since I browse the internet from my mac mini. Maybe I could try GeForce Now to see if I can play games more conveniently.

I’m a bit worried about bandwidth usage though. It’s too bad that there’s always a downside to everything. And with this technology, while it saves you from having to have a gaming computer, it requires lots of bandwidth. But I guess as long as you aren’t playing 12+ hours a day, it shouldn’t matter.

What do you need that bandwidth while ingame anyway?

If you are planning to be downloading stuff on the background, you will still be lagging with a potato PC.

You could lower your bit rate to something like 5mbps…

It would look really bad but at least you could play heh…

Have you tried crossover 24?

I use that sometimes to play overwatch locally on my Mac…

And sometimes I use cloud gaming with GFN or boosteroid…

It’s a great time to be a Mac gamer we have so many options now!

And I don’t know if you have it in your region but with the Day Passes you can try out ultimate tier with low latency reflex mode!

Also looks like lots of Mac games are on sale right now I bought Resident Evil Village yesterday heh…

Yes, unfortunately it has increased a lot. Although I received an email from Abya saying that as I’ve been subscribing for a long time, this price change won’t affect me for now (as long as I keep my subscription constant).
